Be the welcoming face of the Coastal Discovery Museum! Join our friendly team at the front desk and gift shop in the Discovery House, where you’ll greet visitors, provide information about the museum’s exhibits, programs, and grounds, and help create a positive first impression.
Front Desk Volunteers also support the gift shop by assisting guests with their purchases, labeling and restocking merchandise, and ringing up sales at the register. Volunteers work in pairs, ensuring a supportive and collaborative environment.
Shifts are 4 hours (9 am–1 pm or 1–5 pm, Monday through Saturday). We ask for a commitment of at least two shifts per month. Contact Jennifer Stupica 843-689-6767 ext. 222.
