We are in need of 2 additional Beaufort symphony orchestra board members. We are looking for logistical support, which means doing some activities outside the board meetings. We need someone to take responsible for the concert setup/take down. It is on the concert date, which are Sundays. The liaison will be the connection between the board and Red Cap, who handles moving chairs/stands, etc for each concert into/out of the venue. Your concert Sunday will start at 11am meeting Redcap at the venue, ensuring setup matches our conductors layout, checking all stand lights and adding batteries as needed. That takes 60-90 minutes. This job also entails working with the USCB stage technician to get lighting setup to meet musician needs, setup video feed on screen.
