Lowcountry Legal Volunteers is seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Greeter to be the welcoming face of our organization. As the first point of contact for clients, attorneys, and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, professional, and supportive environment for those seeking our legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly as they arrive at the office
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line system
- Assist with client check-in and notify staff of appointments
- Provide general information about our services and refer inquiries appropriately
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, copying, or preparing materials as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to client needs
- Comfortable using basic office technology (phones, computer, copier)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
- Commitment to LCLV’s mission of providing free legal assistance to those in need
Training Provided:
Volunteers will receive orientation and ongoing support to ensure they feel confident and prepared in their role.
