The Bluffton Township Fire District provides training to individuals and local businesses in a wide variety of fire and life safety subjects, but we are most commonly asked to assist individuals or businesses with becoming CPR certified, either to meet regulations required for that company or merely for the benefit of its employees. Our CPR program covers different levels of certification so that we can best meet your specific needs or those of your organization.
A portion of the cost is donated to Arrhythmia Alliance to help place public accessible Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs).
Whether you are interested in becoming certified so you might help a loved one in need, or you work in a healthcare profession that requires it, we have a CPR course for you.
Our training follows American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines, and upon completion, all participants will receive a certification card from the AHA certifying they have successfully completed an AHA course and are certified to the level of training received. The AHA certification is good for two (2) years from the date the training was completed.
