Who We Are
Arrhythmia Alliance (A-A) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the aim of working together to improve the diagnosis, treatment and quality of life for all those affected by arrhythmias.
What We Do
Arrhythmia Alliance is a coalition of charities, patient groups, patients, caregivers, medical groups and allied professionals. Although these groups remain independent, they work together under the Arrhythmia Alliance umbrella to promote timely and effective diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmias. Under the umbrella, there is also the Atrial Fibrillation Association and STARS, all part of the Heart Rhythm Charity.
Arrhythmia Alliance has partnered with the Bluffton Township Fire District, Bluffton Police Department, and Beaufort County EMS to launch phase two of our Arrhythmia Alliance- Defibs Save Lives Campaign. Our goal is to partner with more individuals, businesses, organizations, etc. to keep building on the campaign with our existing partnerships, along with creating new ones.
Together, our goal is to create HEARTSafe communities in South Carolina. In order to reach this status, some of our goals include training community members in CPR/AED training, establishing and funding a public access defibrillation program, and working toward a culture of excellence by continuous self-evaluating to increase the survival rates for the residents of the LowCountry and surrounding areas.
