Dessyre' of Hope

1. Board of Directors: Dessyré of Hope’s Board of Directors is composed of professionals with extensive experience in education, youth development, finance, organizational leadership, and business planning. Board members provide governance, fiscal oversight, and strategic guidance to ensure programs align with trauma-informed, evidence-based practices and long-term sustainability. The Board supports fundraising, community partnerships, and compliance with nonprofit and youth-serving standards.

Mission Statement Dessyré of Hope provides programs, services, and resources for underserved youth and young adults between the ages of 12–25 who may benefit from additional assistance navigating developmental challenges and life transitions, including those who’ve had Adverse Childhood Experiences, as well as individuals aging out of the foster care system, so they can successfully transition to independent, self-sufficient adults.
