Who We Are

Our mission is to eliminate the obstacles that impede successful and sustainable re-entry by partnering with and supporting currently or formerly incarcerated men, equipping them for reintegration into society, ensuring they are confident, self-aware, and prepared to connect to gainful employment, assisting, when needed with housing and family.

What We Do

Our program, while addressing a very complex issue of recidivism and re-entry success, is designed to be quite straightforward. We provide our participants with our "I Am" Workbook which focuses on 5 key modules: 1. Embracing Your Second Chance & Setting Meaningful Goals 2. Building Unshakeable Confidence & Self Esteem 3. Mastering Job Readiness Understanding & Skills 4. Cultivating Healthy Relationships 5. Prioritizing Your Well Being By focusing on practical skills and real-world experiences, we aim to equip participants with the tools they need to thrive, not just in a competitive job market, but in life. Through our program, mentorship, and hands-on training, individuals gain confidence and competence, ready to embark on a new chapter of their lives after being released from prison. In addition, our collaborative partnerships with local employers not only opens doors for meaningful employment opportunities but also promotes a sense of belonging and purpose within the community. Together, we strive to break the cycle and pave the way for lasting change, ensuring that everyone has the chance to contribute positively to society.
