A local 501C3 bringing services and resources to the elderly and disabled citizens living in the rural communities of Jasper and Hampton Counties. The services we offer are progressively innovative, creatively unique, and meet a critical gap.
What We Do
MISSION: To improve the quality of life for elderly and disabled citizens of Hampton and Jasper counties by providing health, nutrition, and home repair services.
VISION: To serve as a one-stop shop, helping to connect rural citizens with the social, economic, educational, and health resources needed to overcome life's hardships, improve quality of life, and strengthen the very fabric of our community.
