Who We Are

Bluffton Community Kitchen is a community service organization providing assistance to underserved families throughout the Lowcountry. Programs will impact underserved families experiencing various uncertainties: hunger, job insecurity, child development, senior wellness, housing, education and community engagement.

What We Do

Bluffton Community Kitchen prepares, delivers and serve weekly hot meals to men, women and children who are sick and shut-in, seniors, low income or working poor. A wall-in food pantry is available every Monday.

1. Mon-Thur: Unload food delivery trucks 10AM-1PM

2. Wednesday: Sort and distribute hot meals and perishable food to clients during outdoor pantry hours 10AM-2PM

3. Tuesday is food prep day: Volunteers chop, peel, dice, cut, snap, sort, wash and store fresh vegetables

4. Monday and Wednesday: Hot meals are plated and distributed to walk up clients in carry out boxes 10:00AM-1:45 PM

5. Mon-Wed: Volunteers wash dishes 10:00 Am -2:00PM
