Volunteer: Keeping Seniors Fed and WarmOur area is rural and covers a wide geographic area. We prepare individual care packages for the elderly and disabled in Jasper and Hampton Counties. We deliver the packages to the local senior centers and they receive a bag along with their meals. When necessary, we deliver the care packages to individuals at their homes. Volunteer: Fighting Loneliness this Holiday SeasonMeals on Wheels, Bluffton-Hilton Head is excited to announce their clients with pets are the recipients of an Opportunity Grant to fund the Furry Friends Pet Program. This program provides needed support to clients who struggle to provide adequate dog or cat food for their furry companions. Volunteers are needed to help plan this program for 2024 plus donations of cat and dog food can be dropped off at 75 Capital Drive on Hilton Head Island.
