Consultant or advisor who can provide guidance on documents and rules non-founder executives must consider when negotiating.

Individual shall record the minutes of all meetings of the Board of Directors, maintain records of committee meetings, oversee the maintenance of membership lists, provide for the safe keeping of all official contracts and records of the organization and publish notices of scheduled meetings as required in these Bylaws.

Provide support to Founder and assist with organization administration and projects

Create marketing campaigns for Second Chance Community Outreach, Inc & Second Chance CDFI Bank; update the Contact list as needed and create periodic e-blasts for donor solicitation; attend monthly Board meetings; marketing both company and projects as opportunities arise.

Individual who can research, prepare and submit grants available locally and nationally that could benefit Second Chance Community Outreach, Inc & Second Chance CDFI Bank. 

Seeking an individual who will assist with gathering and developing content for social media and engage social media following. Also can help to develop a campaign on social media which may include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or other platforms.

Overseeing the management and reporting of an organization’s finances and tax filing.

Looking for someone who is familiar with researching potential grants, investors, or other funding opportunities for funding  Second Chance Community Outreach, Inc & Second Chance CDFI Bank  various programs and initiatives.
