Hilton Head Choral Society

Who We Are

Celebrating 47 years as an integral part of the local arts scene, the Hilton Head Choral Society (HHCS) had its start focused on community - originally as a group getting together to sing portions of Handel’s Messiah with orchestra accompaniment each December. Since those single-concert beginnings, HHCS has grown into an organization performing multiple concerts continuously and profitably and is proud to be the longest tenured performing arts group on Hilton Head Island.

What We Do

Mission: To provide the joy of choral music to our members, the community and Hilton Head Island visitors. Vision: To achieve excellence as an autonomous chorus serving the Lowcountry, with an emphasis on Diversity, Community Engagement, and the Joy of Singing.
