To assist individuals and/or family units with housing, health services, food, counseling, education and faith matters as they strive to develop independence which is free of unavoidable hardships that cause deterioration in daily functioning; to provide direct assistance to better their shelter, their physical, mental and spiritual state of being, and preserve their dignity.
